Our apartment features a cozy living room with many windows giving access to the spacious balcony. The master bedroom, which is equipped with a double bed, also has access to the balcony. In addition, this bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and bath, sink, toilet and bidet.
A second bedroom has a bunk bed with large entry for the lower bed.
In the hallway there is a second bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Here, there also is a kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The apartment also has a satellite TV, air conditioning and free WiFi.
The balcony: A subtropical environment!
Centerpiece of the apartment is the huge spacious balcony that faces to the south. The balcony has been equipped with a storage room, a large dining table with chairs and two sunbeds. You could really speak about a ‘’living balcony’’ with a nice sea breeze.

Our apartment is located right in the center of Moraira, on the Avenida de la Paz. At the end of the street there is the fort of Moraira, accompanied by several restaurants. Across the street there is a view on a pleasant promenade. Between the apartments across the road you have a sea view. This makes the location of our apartment particularly attractive. A car is a necessity. Would you still come by car, then it can be parked in the market square, parking is free. On request there are also a possibility of paid gated parking.
